If you are like me and other ordinary mortals (if you reed this then you are), then YES you need food supplements.
Why do I need health or food supplement?
• Because we are living in polluted world. Our air, soil, water are polluted more than ever before.
• Because of herbicides, pesticides and other chemicals in our food.
American agriculture uses 1 billion pounds of pesticides each year. That is 4.5 pounds per every man, woman and child in the country. Other countries are not much better.
• Because since the 1950s over 3,500 man-made chemicals have found their way into our food.
• Because levels of key nutrients in our food have dropped more then 60% in last 50 years.
• Because of harsh farming methods, toxic chemical sprays, harvesting the foods prematurely, storing foods for long periods of time
• Because of modern day’s diet – junk food, processed food.
Basically, you are what you eat.

After years of ignoring signs of health problems finally you are on point that you can’t do it any more. You are at point were you feel, you know that you have to take action.
Procrastination will not help you to solve problems.

• any other health concern for you or your family.

Prevention is key word in the most areas of our life. We have preventive maintenance for our car, we are taking steps to prevent or avoid costly repairs in our house, to avoid having trouble on the vacation and so on.
However, when our health and wellness is on the line we are not doing anything or very little but hoping for better results.
Most of us are waiting to get sick to start doing something about health. People first gain extra weight and then try to loose it - wouldn’t be easier if they don’t gain it in the first place.
A lot of people understand that most of drugs have serious side effects and want to avoid them. They are turning to alternative medicine, dietary supplements and home remedies. That is good but it would be much better and easier if they started before they got sick.
